User Guide — Setup, Charging & Storage step-by-step for first-time users
Designed for plug-and-play use. This device arrives pre-filled and pre-charged. Most users start vaping within 30 seconds of opening the sealed package.
Remove from sealed packageEach unit is factory-sealed for hygiene and TPD compliance. Tear the foil at the marked notch — do not use teeth or sharp objects that could damage the mouthpiece.
Check the battery indicator (if equipped)Most modern disposables include an LED or screen near the base. A solid or breathing light means battery is ready; rapid blinking typically means low battery and time to recharge.
Activate by drawingPlace the mouthpiece between your lips and inhale gently. The device auto-fires via the draw sensor — no buttons to press. Slow, steady draws produce the best flavor.
Recharge via USB-CWhen vapor production drops noticeably, plug a USB Type-C cable into the port at the base. A full charge typically takes 30-45 minutes. Do not use the device while charging.
Storage between sessionsKeep the mouthpiece covered (most SKUs include a silicone cap) and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving in a hot car — heat degrades e-liquid and battery life.
DisposalWhen vapor stops producing, the device is end-of-life. Do not throw in regular trash — dispose at a designated e-waste / battery collection point. EU regulation requires separate disposal for batteries and electronic components.

EU Compliance & Shipping TPD, VAT, age verification, and customs
We only ship to licensed B2B buyers within the European Union. Below is a quick-reference summary — full compliance docs are bundled with every wholesale order.
TPD Compliance
Products sold to consumers within the EU are TPD-compliant where applicable (nicotine strength ≤20 mg/ml, tank size ≤2 ml for refillable, child-resistant packaging, batch notification). We do not sell TPD-restricted SKUs to consumer-facing channels in TPD-regulated markets.
VAT & Invoicing
All wholesale invoices include reverse-charge note for VAT-registered B2B buyers within the EU — you self-account for VAT in your member state. Non-EU buyers: zero-rated export invoice with HS code 8543.40.000.
18+ Age Verification
estvape sells exclusively to verified business buyers (wholesale accounts must provide business registration + age-verified owner ID). Retail sales by our customers must include age verification at point of sale (or online checkout) per local law.
Customs & Import
EU-warehouse stock ships intra-EU with no customs at destination. For non-EU shipments (UK, Switzerland, Norway): import duties and local compliance are the buyer responsibility. We can recommend a customs broker if needed.
Returns & Refunds
14-day return window for unopened sealed cartons. Defective units replaced or credited as above. Opened single units are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (typical industry standard for vaping products).
Sustainability
Built-in rechargeable battery (USB-C) — most devices can be partially reused with refill programs depending on local authority. We support take-back schemes where regulation requires (e.g. Germany ear).
