Orders & MOQ
1. What is your MOQ?
10 pieces mixed across any SKU. The 10-piece carton can mix flavours or brands freely.
2. Can I order one wholesale SKU at retail-tier pricing?
Yes — but you won’t get the tier 2 / 3 discounts. For new shops learning a category, we recommend our pre-weighted mix-flavour cartons from tier 1 to test the market cheaply.
3. Do you offer random mix?
Yes. On each brand category page you can pick a random mix from current bestsellers, weighted by our sales team’s reading of the latest consumer trend.
Stock & delivery
4. How fast do you ship?
Same-day for orders paid before 14:00 CET. Next-working-day for orders paid later.
5. How fast does delivery take?
3–5 working days inside the EU, 5–9 days to the UK / Switzerland / Norway.
6. Do you ship outside the EU?
B2B EU only. UK is handled through our DE re-export programme with a registered UK importer. Other destinations on case-by-case basis.
7. Can I check stock before ordering?
Yes — your account manager keeps a live stock sheet. Or check the category page for the “in stock” badge.
TPD & compliance
8. Are your products TPD-compliant?
Yes — every SKU carries an EU-CEG notification ID, ≤20 mg/ml nicotine, ≤2 ml tank. From October 1, 2026 all SKUs ship in third-party-verified child-resistant packaging.
9. Can I get your TPD / EU-CEG certificates?
Email vapevex@coze.email with the SKUs you need certificates for. We send a zip within one EU working day.
10. Do you sell to FR / BE?
No — both jurisdictions have banned nicotine disposables. We do not fulfil orders shipping to FR or BE postcodes.
Pricing & payment
11. Can I get your price list?
Tier 1 price list is on the site. Tier 2/3/4 pricing unlocks with a wholesale account and is delivered by email after verification.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
SEPA bank transfer (default), SWIFT in EUR / USD / GBP, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) for tier 4 buyers, Net 30 / Net 60 for tier 4 with 3+ months of paid history.
13. Can you ship DDP (delivery duty paid)?
Inside the EU, yes by default. For UK re-export orders we quote DAP (Delivered At Place) which is more common there.
Wholesale account
14. How do I open a wholesale account?
Fill in the B2B registration form. We verify business registration (VAT ID / company number) within one EU working day.
15. Do you require a reseller permit?
Not strictly, but we strongly recommend a valid EU VAT ID for invoicing compliance.
16. Is there a monthly minimum spend?
Only for tier 4 pricing (≥ €2,000/month or 500 pieces).
Operations
17. Where is your warehouse?
EU warehouse(s) — exact city not disclosed for security reasons. The shipping origin appears as a major EU logistics hub.
18. Can I visit the warehouse?
Tier 4 buyers can arrange a warehouse visit on request. We host roughly one visit per quarter.
19. Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes for tier 4 buyers shipping to non-EU destinations. Inside the EU, dropship is not recommended — local fulfilment is faster and cheaper.
