Every estvape wholesale order ships from EU warehouse stock. That means no customs clearance for the buyer, no import declarations, and a single invoice in euros. This page sets out despatch cut-off times, transit times per market, carrier options, packaging standards, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. 18+ only \u00b7 trade customers only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 \u00b7 Despatch cut-off<\/h2>\n

Orders paid before 14:00 CET<\/strong> on a working day are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day<\/strong>. Orders paid after the cut-off, or on a weekend or EU public holiday, are despatched on the next working day. You receive a tracking reference by email and, if you use our WhatsApp sales channel, by message on the evening of despatch.<\/p>\n

3 \u00b7 Carriers and tracking<\/h2>\n

We ship with DPD, GLS and DHL depending on destination and parcel size. Every parcel carries a tracking number; the tracking link is sent to the email address on the account and is also available from your account manager. Tracking events usually appear within 12\u201324 hours of handover. If a tracking number has not moved for more than 48 hours, contact your account manager and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.<\/p>\n

4 \u00b7 Packaging standard<\/h2>\n

All goods are packed in plain outer cartons with no brand or product markings on the outside. Inner packaging is the manufacturer’s retail pack, sealed. Cushioning is applied to prevent carton crush in transit. Every outgoing parcel is photographed before it leaves the warehouse, and those photographs are retained \u2014 they are the reference we use if a damage claim is raised.<\/p>\n

5 \u00b7 Shipping cost<\/h2>\n

Shipping is quoted on the proforma invoice. Inside the EU, orders above our free-freight threshold ship carriage-paid; smaller orders carry a flat carriage charge per parcel. Pallet and multi-pallet consignments are quoted per consignment. There are no handling, platform or payment surcharges on top of the quoted figure.<\/p>\n

6 \u00b7 Damaged or short deliveries<\/h2>\n

If a carton arrives visibly damaged, open, wet or resealed, photograph it before signing the carrier’s device<\/strong>, and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We open a freight claim and either replace the affected goods or credit them, depending on the carrier’s assessment. If the outer carton looks intact but the contents are short, notify us within 5 working days with photographs of the goods and the packing list. 7 \u00b7 Delivery address and failed delivery<\/h2>\n

We ship to the registered business address on your account. If you need delivery to a different address, tell your account manager before the order is paid \u2014 we cannot re-route a parcel once the carrier has it. If the carrier cannot deliver, the parcel is usually held at a local depot for a short period and then returned to us; in that case re-despatch is charged at cost.<\/p>\n

8 \u00b7 Non-EU and re-export<\/h2>\n

Deliveries to the UK, Switzerland and Norway are handled through our re-export programme with a registered importer in the destination market, so import clearance is handled at our end rather than yours. Local VAT and duties, where applicable, are shown on the quotation. Other non-EU destinations are considered case by case \u2014 talk to your account manager.<\/p>\n
